The OMNIS project actively participated in the workshop “Inclusive Tourism: Accessibility and Personalized Experiences”, held on Monday, December 2, 2024, at the Renco headquarters on Strada del Montefeltro 51 in Pesaro. The event, promoted by the Municipality of Pesaro, brought together experts and professionals to discuss innovative strategies for inclusive tourism.

Representing OMNIS, Marco Cocciarini, a sustainable tourism expert, presented the project’s objectives and actions, highlighting the central role of personalized experiences and accessibility for more inclusive tourism. His participation garnered significant interest, laying the groundwork for new collaborations with Pesaro coastal tourism sector stakeholders.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen the dialogue between public entities, private operators, and European initiatives, reaffirming that the needs identified by the OMNIS project remain highly relevant.

The project "OMNIS - Co-creation of Inclusive Sustainable Tourism Itineraries and Packages from Coastal to Inner Areas" is co-financed by the Interreg VI Italy-Croatia Programme 2021-2027 (cross-border cooperation programme).

The overall objective of the project is to lay the foundations for fruitful cooperation between tourism stakeholders of coastal and inner areas of Italy and Croatia by creating and distributing inclusive sustainable digitalised tourism itineraries and connected packages for tourists that travel with pets focusing on those with guide dogs fostering sustainable economic development and social inclusion in local communities.
